IIDR Trainee Day Highlights Local Talent

On October 18 the Institute for Infectious Disease Research hosted its third annual Trainee Day to celebrate the research achievements of our graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and undergraduate researchers. The Coombes lab was well represented by PhD students Brian Tuinema (top right photo, centre), Sarah Allison (bottom left photo) and David Mulder (middle right photo; left). Brian received the Michael Kamin Hart Memorial Scholarship and David was presented with the IIDR Award of Excellence for his poster presentation. I’m very proud of all of you guys!
